Our Impact

“Working with Jeffrey Pine Consulting proved exceptionally valuable for us. We needed a partner who understood the unique challenges and opportunities presented by our business model and had the expertise to help us navigate the complexities of an M&A transaction. JPC brought that and more to the table.

What truly sets JPC apart is their differentiated approach. As a boutique firm, they offered us a level of personalized service and hands-on guidance that larger firms simply can’t match. They treated our deal with the care and focus it deserved, and their responsiveness was second to none. Their attention to detail throughout the entire process—whether it was preparing for due diligence, managing negotiations, or structuring the deal—was outstanding. No question went unanswered. The result was a smooth, efficient transaction that aligned perfectly with our objectives.”

— Guy Hart, Founder, Plus Delta Partners

“We’ve worked with Matt and Rich at Jeffrey Pine Consulting through multiple stages of our business growth. Initially engaging JPC to optimize our operating model and financial management systems, we subsequently shifted to a comprehensive business valuation process grounded in a sophisticated valuation methodology and an in-depth understanding of our business. Their thorough analysis of our business and value proposition, industry relationships, skilled development of a highly detailed and compelling CIM, and well-defined process gave us complete confidence that our trust-based collaboration would yield the best outcome. They worked at our pace and allowed us sufficient time to run the business while working through the process.”

— Founder, Mid-market Professional Services Firm

“Rich and Matt navigated a complex, multinational transaction that resulted in the U.S. public listing of a rising Asian digital media company. They helped identify a viable merger target, and worked 24/7 across two continents to get the transaction completed on a demanding timeline.”

— Marcus Brauchli, Managing Partner, North Base Media

“We worked with Jeffery Pine Consulting to first take a holistic look at our business and then work with us to develop specific, actionable next steps our team could implement. Jeffery Pine developed a roadmap of initiatives to accelerate our growth and optimize our operations. Initiatives were carefully researched and prioritized resulting in a handful of practical, quick wins in combination with the long-term strategy we are pursuing today.  In fact, we have named Matt as an Advisor to Lancer Group and he continues to be a trusted advisor to our firm.”
